Refund & Returns Policy

At Jaipuri Trends, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every product is carefully checked and packed before it is shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to assist you with a smooth replacement process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacement

• Replacement is only applicable for products that are:
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item delivered
• Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:
  • Color variation due to screen or lighting differences
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product usage or washing by the customer

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any replacement request, a clear unboxing video is required. This video must show:

• Package in unopened condition
• Complete product unboxing
• Visible damage or defect (if any)

Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or replacement.

3. Time Window for Reporting Issues

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed products
• Products with perfume, stain, or wear signs
• Customized or discounted items (if applicable)

5. Replacement Process

If your request meets the above conditions, the replacement process will follow these steps:

1. Share your order ID and unboxing video with our support team.
2. Our team verifies the issue within 24–48 hours.
3. A replacement of the same product will be shipped (subject to availability).
4. If replacement stock is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or store credit.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only when:

• The product is out of stock and a replacement is not possible.
• An order is cancelled before dispatch.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3–7 working days to the original payment method.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
